Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success
- Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
- Monitor merchants’ important metrics on a daily basis to provide them useful guide
- Ensure that partners can sell with Snapppay without any problem
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting merchant relationships
- Increase GMV of all merchants
- Increase the order of merchants
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Accuracy and keen attention to detail
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Teamwork abilities
- Educate and guide merchants on best practices, and onboard new merchants
- Familiar with data interpretation (Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Metabase) and ability to prepare intermediate reports
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems
