We’re seeking a Senior Scrum Master This role will involve guiding teams through the Scrum framework, helping them overcome challenges, Evangel Scrum as a crucial team organism, and ensuring they deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
While you will work on different projects, this role is not about juggling multiple tasks at once—it’s about driving focused, effective collaboration within each project team.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science and having
• a proven track record of consistently delivering successful projects that exceed client expectations.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
• Skilled in using project management tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of software development principles.
• Proficient in tracking Scrum metrics and project KPIs.
• Familiarity with OKRs is an advantage.
