Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the tech department to prioritize features, improvements, and updates in alignment with business objectives.

- Plan, organize, and oversee interconnected projects to ensure seamless execution.

- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects, while setting timelines and allocating resources effectively.

- Manage and track project deadlines, budgets, and activities to ensure timely completion.

- Continuously monitor project progress and provide updates, while addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.

- Implement best practices in change, risk, and resource management.

- Create presentations and reports for Infra directors to communicate project developments.

- Demonstrate proficiency in drafting capex and opex for financial evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in program management or relevant roles within the tech sector.

- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, agile frameworks, and risk management.

- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence technical teams and stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data, conducting market research, and applying customer insights to guide decision-making.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with a solid understanding of reporting and analytics platforms.

- A demonstrated history of managing complex projects and delivering results within specified deadlines.
