Responsibilities:
- Build strategic alliances: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners to achieve mutual goals.
- Identify new opportunities: Proactively seek out and onboard new partners that align with our strategic vision.
- Negotiate and close deals: Lead complex negotiations and finalize mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop partnership strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our business reach.
- Lead and mentor: Oversee and inspire a high-performing partnership development team.
- Deliver results: Provide insightful reports and analysis to measure the team's performance and impact.
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing partners.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a collaborative culture, and achieve exceptional results.
- Communication prowess: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English: Strong command of the English language to effectively communicate with international partners.

- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Industry knowledge: Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry is preferred.
