We are seeking a highly proficient Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on communication and reporting. You will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and optimizing existing processes, utilizing your expertise in Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and associated software.

Responsibilities:  

• Conduct thorough analyses of current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.  
• Redesign and document processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance.  
• Model processes for import into BPMS and establish control KPIs to monitor process effectiveness.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic process improvements.  
• Employ Power BI to generate insightful reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:  

• Proven experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar capacity.  
• Mastery of BPMS modeling and proficiency in at least one relevant software tool.  
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.  
• Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
