Duties:

• Sprint Management: Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to prioritize and manage sprints, maintaining comprehensive project plans that track tasks and timelines
•  Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular updates to the CTO and Chief Product Officer (CPO) on project status and timelines, actively engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns.
• Dependency Management: Oversee dependencies across projects, facilitating collaboration to resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance, make necessary adjustments to plans, and develop contingency strategies to mitigate risks.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and generate reports for leadership, ensuring transparency and visibility into project health.
•  Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost team efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirement

• ·  Experience: Prior experience in tech companies as a product manager, software developer, or project manager is preferred.
• ·  Education: A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
