Responsibilities:
Define and help execute the product roadmap for internal tools and systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader strategic goals.
Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring products deliver value and meet business needs.
Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into product strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the planning and execution of complex product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Promote a user-centered design approach, working with designers to ensure internal products are intuitive and user-friendly.
Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, and gather feedback to drive continuous product enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of successful product delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
