Technical Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

•   Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
•   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and set timelines.
•   Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using best practices.
•   Ensure the team delivers high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and internal guidelines.
•   Facilitate technical discussions and drive decision-making on architecture, tools, and technologies.
•   Oversee code reviews, ensuring best practices in code structure, design patterns, and performance optimization.
•   Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for performance and scalability challenges.
•   Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
•   Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
•   Act as a key point of contact between technical and non-technical teams, communicating project progress, risks, and goals effectively.

Requirements:

•   7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
•   Proficient in one or more programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
•   Strong experience with PHP frameworks like Phalcon or Laravel (or similar).
•   Experience with MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, and other backend technologies.
•   Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
•   Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
•   Proven track record of leading teams through the entire software development lifecycle.
•   Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and delivering projects on time.
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
•   Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

•   Experience with microservices architecture.
•   Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Vue.js.
•   Experience scaling teams and implementing processes for high-performance teams.
