Senior Back-End Developer (PHP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable PHP applications with frameworks such as Phalcon or Laravel.
• Design and optimize database solutions using MySQL, ensuring efficient query performance.
• Implement message queuing with RabbitMQ to manage real-time processing and asynchronous tasks.
• Utilize Redis for caching and to improve the overall application performance.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong experience with one or more PHP frameworks, such as Phalcon or Laravel.
• Solid understanding of RabbitMQ and experience working with message-driven architectures.
• Proficient in MySQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and database design.
• Experience with Redis for caching and session management.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork.

 
Preferred:

• Experience with high-traffic, large-scale web applications.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
