Responsibilities:
Develop and maintaining long term strategic relationship with key vendors
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about vendor behavior
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
Managing communications between key vendors and internal teams
Strategic planning to improve vendors sales results
Effective communication with key vendors to increase sales (offer advertising campaigns and effective discounts on index products)
Continuous review of products of key vendors to ensure that all products are active
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Deliver on time reporting and forecasting for all required reports and documents to stakeholders
Collaborating with key accounts on strategic partnerships, marketing opportunities, and joint projects to drive mutual business success.
Gathering feedback from key accounts on their experience with the platform, products, and services to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any other related field
Excellent negotiation skills
Vision to understand vendor needs and translate them in to practical solutions
Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
Excellent team working and team developing
Ability Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
