Responsibilities:
Budgeting of Marketing and Marcom Channels and Target Setting:
Collaborate with the Marcom team to establish marketing goals and objectives.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
Conduct a thorough analysis of marketing channels, determining the most effective allocation of resources.
Set measurable targets for marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Reporting and Insight:
Generate periodic reports on marketing performance, providing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze data from various sources, including market research, customer surveys, and campaign metrics.
Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas for optimization and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies and tactics.
Market Research:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and innovative marketing techniques.
Use market research findings to inform marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning.
Provide recommendations on market segmentation, targeting, and positioning to optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on marketing planning, budgeting, reporting, and market research.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Technical data skills with a high importance, including experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
