DevOps Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Team Lead to guide and expand our Operations team. This leader will manage our infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Ceph, databases, and more, while fostering efficiency, automation, and collaboration across the team.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor the Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
● Manage and optimize our infrastructure systems.
● Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline operations.
● Collaborate with other departments to integrate infrastructure best practices.
● Monitor system performance and ensure high reliability and availability.
● Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
● Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and tools.
Technical Requirements:
● Strong knowledge and experience with Kubernetes administration.
● Experience with Ceph storage systems.
● Proficiency in database management and optimization.
● Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
● Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
● Understanding of networking and load balancing.
