Job Description: 
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in building and maintaining Design Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a cohesive and scalable design framework across multiple products and platforms, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality user experiences. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Create, management, and enhancement of a comprehensive design system, including components, styles, and patterns that ensure design consistency across products. 
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define UI/UX standards, design principles, and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and visual assets that streamline the design process for the entire organization.
• Ensure that design systems are flexible and scalable to accommodate growth and product evolution.
• Act as a design system advocate and help integrate its use across different teams, providing training and support as needed. 
• Work closely with the development team to ensure proper implementation and alignment of the design system across front-end frameworks. 
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate on design system to improve the overall user experience. 
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the design system is cutting-edge and user-friendly. 
• Gather feedback from design teams and users to continuously evolve and improve the design system, ensuring it remains efficient and scalable.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and test new design system components with users to ensure they meet usability standards and business requirements.
