We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing product listings and maintaining the catalog of products for the Digikala site. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality content that improves customer engagement and drives sales.

- Maintain and update product catalogs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Edit and process product images to ensure high-quality, visually appealing visuals.
- Produce attractive content that captures online buyers' attention and improves conversion rates.
- Be proactive by introducing new initiatives and taking on tasks outside of those assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with Business and Commercial teams to execute content strategies.
- Conduct ‘Root Cause Analysis’ to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Take an ideation-driven approach and proactively suggest improvements.
- Handle day-to-day tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in content creation and product management.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Image editing in photoshop.
- Familiarity with photography concepts and the ability to photograph products.
- Fast typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in working within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
