Job Description

We are currently seeking a results-driven and customer-focused sales expert to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and contribute to the continued success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA graduate or professional sales certification is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering value and driving results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
  • Fluency in English is required.
