As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our insurance-related products from concept to launch, with a strong focus on technical specifications and seamless integrations. You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders to deliver products that improve customer experiences and drive business goals. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment, execution, and delivery of high-impact products.
Responsibilities of the employment position:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Define and execute the product roadmap to align with company objectives, market demands, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
• Gather insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions.

• Product Development:
• Write clear and comprehensive product requirements and user stories, focusing on technical details, workflows, and customer needs.

• Stakeholder Management:
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Use data analytics and KPIs to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize user experience.
• Develop and monitor product performance metrics, conducting A/B testing where applicable to validate hypotheses.
• Compliance & Regulation:
• Ensure that all products comply with industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements specific to the insurance field.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, compliance needs, and technological advancements that could impact product development.

Employment position requirements:
• BS/MS Degree in Engineering/ MBA or any equivalent fields
• 3-5 years of product management experience. preferably within the insurance or fintech industry.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to guide product development and address technical challenges.
• Familiarity with APIs, and technical concepts that support product functionality and scalability.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data, customer insights, and technical details to inform product decisions.
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity, Metabase) and the ability to work with data teams to measure product success.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues into business-friendly language.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong user experience (UX) understanding for building customer-centric digital products.
