Job Description

The Business Line Owner in the field of international payments is responsible for managing and developing a specific business line within the international payments sector. This individual will develop business strategies, manage products and services related to international payments, and coordinate between different teams to ensure success in this area. Additionally, they will oversee the financial and operational performance of the business line, ensuring that key organizational objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

 Strategy Development and Planning:

   - Design and develop business strategies for the growth of the international payments line.

   - Identify new market opportunities and optimize current strategies.

   - Assess competitors and analyze target markets for business growth.

 Product Management:

   - Manage international payment products and services from ideation to launch.

   - Ensure that products are up-to-date and aligned with market needs and international standards.

   - Collaborate with technical teams to develop and enhance product capabilities.

 Financial and Performance Management:

   - Oversee the financial performance of the business line, including budgeting, costs, and revenues.

   - Analyze financial and operational data to drive continuous improvement and provide analytical reports to senior management.

   - Set KPIs and monitor the achievement of key objectives.

 Leadership and Coordination:

   - Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, technical, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

   - Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

   - Develop and mentor team members to drive performance and efficiency.
