JOB PURPOSE
Key account management specialist is absolute sales professional, and ensure that sustainable corporate success is achieved by looking after key sellers. KAM is the permanent contact for a company's most important sellers, and build up and expand business relationships and establish a high degree of trust with key sellers. Keeping these key sellers loyal to the company is essential to increasing sales. KAM ensure that seller processes run smoothly for sustainable seller loyalty
JOB Description
Relationship & communication Improvement
- Develop and maintaining long term strategic relationship with key sellers
- Managing communications between key sellers and internal teams
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Managing communications between key sellers and internal teams
Exploring & planning
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Acting as a seller advocate with a focus on improving the seller experience
- Strategic planning to improve sellers’ results
- Negotiate business terms with each seller to reach the most effective condition for Digikala
- Following up every needs of sellers to improve their results
- Sales planning to improve sellers sales.
Data analysing
- Collecting and analysing data to learn more about seller behaviour
- Manage account profitability by measuring and managing seller contribution
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal Communication:
- Product sales team, Platform team, Operation & logistics team, Finance team, Aftersales team.
External Communication:
- External Business partners such key account and important sellers.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any other related field
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business/aviation school
Experience:
- At least 1 years’ relevant experience in a position with interactive communication requirement.
