Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, performing data analysis using Python, and delivering actionable business insights through reports and testing. Your work will play a vital role in making data accessible and impactful for driving key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards using Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS) to ensure data accessibility and clarity.
  • Utilize Python and its data packages (pandas, numpy, statsmodels) for in-depth data analysis, automation, and statistical testing.
  • Use Python visualization libraries (matplotlib, seaborn) to present complex data trends and insights.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and generate weekly reports to track key business metrics.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and product changes.
  • Create regular reports on metrics such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Work closely with relevant teams, such as the Loyalty Manager, to refine and enhance programs based on analytical insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, statsmodels) and data visualization (matplotlib, seaborn).
Experience with the Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS).
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and cohort analysis.
Solid SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
Strong business acumen with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., ride-hailing, e-commerce] sector.
Previous experience working with loyalty programs or customer/driver management.
Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
