About the Team
The Employer Branding team in the HR Department is responsible for creating memorable experiences that reflect our company's culture and values. We design and execute internal events that engage employees, foster collaboration, and strengthen our employer brand. Our work spans from organizing internal celebrations to external job fairs, with a focus on creativity and seamless execution.
Responsibilities
- Determine event goals and objectives in consultation with senior management.
- Formulate and implement strategies and tactics (event plans) that ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Allocate internal/external resources for maximum benefit.
- Lead and Execute Events: Plan, manage, and deliver internal events, ranging from team-building activities to company-wide celebrations, ensuring they are engaging and well-organized.
- Coordinate Job Fairs: Oversee the organization and logistics of job fairs, managing all aspects of the event from setup to follow-up, ensuring maximum exposure.
- Develop Creative Event Concepts: Propose and implement new ideas for events that align with company culture and values, keeping them fresh and exciting.
- Craft Event Communication Plans: Create communication strategies for event announcements, invitations, and follow-ups to ensure clear, engaging messaging for all attendees.
- Foster Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure the success of events, acting as the primary point of contact for logistics, coordination, and execution.
- Manage Event Budgets and Vendor Relations: Handle budget planning, manage vendor contracts, and negotiate deals to ensure events are cost-effective while maintaining high quality.
- Monitor Event Success: Track key metrics, gather feedback from participants, and provide reports on event outcomes to continuously improve future events.
- Crisis Management for Events: Develop contingency plans and handle unexpected challenges during events to ensure smooth execution.
Key Competencies
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with vendors and stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving and the ability to develop innovative event concepts.
