An operations Director is a senior management role responsible for overseeing an organization’s day-to-day operational activities, processes, and teams. The Operations Director will work with heads of Commercial department to ensure that all operations within the business run smoothly and according to any guidelines or regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all commercial operation teams including vendor support teams, vendor success (Key Account and operation excellence units) teams and operations analytics and QC team to ensure all vendors are prepare for ordering and satisfied in collaborating with SnappFood.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve the organization’s objectives.
- Ensure excellence in service that meets expectations and needs of vendors and resolve their issues.
- Manage relationships with vendors to improve their loyalty by sales, performance and satisfaction from support.
- Developing plans and strategies to improve productivity of commercial operations teams and reduce costs within the business.
- Liaise with all commercial internal departments like Vendor Acquisition, Planning and Platform to help vendors in their success roadmap.
- Effective communicate with all external departments like Accounting, Product and Tech, delivery, Customer Support and etc. to help accomplish goals of the business units.
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency and Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Responsible for the hiring, training, supervision of commercial operations unit managers, including conducting and reviewing annual performance appraisal process for all commercial operations units.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the operations team.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Business Degree/operational management degree and/or relevant experience
- 3-5 years progressive management experience.
- Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles, preferably as an operations Director or similar position.
- Deep understanding of process and business management.
- outstanding leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and relationship build, solid understanding of budgeting, operational efficiencies.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation in operational strategies.
