Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, update and monitor required reports and support service manager to analyze data for making a decision on different subjects such as Customer Experience,Vendor Experience, Service expansion, and etc
- Design and execute the action plan in order to achieve business OKR
- To research, analyze and provide insightful data for the team in order to achieve their targets
- Make a good relationship with internal business units throughout the company to ensure business actions progress
- Keep records of all information related to the project for documentation, clarification, and presentation to management
- Monitor market competitive landscape and provide competitors analysis report for future business development plan based on the report and forecast
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on data
- Being highly organized both in the documentation and follow up
- Good planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and google applications (excel, Word, google sheet, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
