About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Senior eCRM Specialist to lead our CRM efforts. You will design and execute strategic eCRM campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Key responsibilities include optimizing automated workflows, leveraging data insights, and driving continuous improvements through A/B testing and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Execute eCRM Strategies: Develop tailored eCRM strategies that enhance the customer journey, driving engagement and increasing customer lifetime value through data-driven approaches.
- Copywriting and Content Creation: Craft impactful and persuasive copy for push notifications, SMS, and other automated campaigns. Ensure the messaging resonates with diverse customer segments, encourages conversions, and enhances overall brand perception.
- A/B Testing and Campaign Optimization: Plan and execute A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different messaging, formats, and approaches. Continuously refine campaigns based on test results to optimize productivity, conversion rates, ROI, and overall sales growth.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, and business development to integrate eCRM efforts into broader business strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive reports to monitor eCRM campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign efficiency based on data.
Requirements:
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in marketing automation, with a solid track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Exceptional Copywriting: Strong ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy across multiple channels, with messaging tailored to different customer segments.
- Marketing Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as WebEngage, or similar platforms, with demonstrated expertise in building, managing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns.
- Segmentation and Personalization: Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalized marketing, and customer journey mapping to deliver relevant and engaging customer experiences.
- Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborative and Communicative: Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where testing, iteration, and optimization are critical to success.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and customer behaviors.
- Strong understanding of key metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Retention Rate, and Churn, and a proven ability to drive improvements in these areas.
