To Arrange Meeting With Service Providers And Also Administrate Meeting Settings With Internal Teams And Provide MoM Of Meeting To Attendees
To Administrate All Related Actions And Steps Required To Finalize A Contract With Service Providers
To Collaborate With Service Provider Vendors In Terms Of Their Requirements And Requests To Better Provide Services
To Validate Received Documents From Candidates With C&B System Data To Ensure Data Integrity And Accuracy
To Administrate Settlement Process And Collect All Staff Debt According To Set Plans
To Contact With Staff And Their Loan Guarantor Regarding The Staff Bad Debt Collection Process
To Plan Staff Payback Installments And Ensure All Payments Are Duly Paid
To Prepare And Provide Various Reports Regarding Settlement Process, Cash And Non-Cash Benefits And Other C&B Required Reports As Per Manager Guidance
To Support Calculation Of Contractor/Vendor Employees Monthly Payroll Based On Remuneration And Reward Policies
To Collaborate With HR Shared Services Team Regarding Employee Compensation And Benefit Plans
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree In Human Resources / Industrial Psychology Or Related
Proposed By Manager: Computer Software Eng./ Bachelor's Degree In Statistics/ Accountant/ Financial Management
Minimum Of 2 Years’ Experience In Human Resources With Concentration In Compensation And Benefits
Experience Working In A Medium To Large Organization
Experience In Compensation And Benefits Policy And Procedure Development
Professional Experience In Designing And Implementing Innovative Base Pay And Incentive Compensation Programs & Benefit Plans.
