We are seeking a dynamic Off-Line Commercial Supervisor to oversee the sales and supply channel of mobile and electronic devices in off-line markets such as malls, physical retail stores, and other brick-and-mortar environments. This role demands a proactive leader with a knack for strategic planning and a deep understanding of consumer electronics and a deep understanding of the retail environment.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales & supply strategies for off-line channels.
- Develop and implement strategies for launching off-line pop-up stores, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and secure prime locations for pop-up stores, negotiating terms and conditions.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive promotional activities and events for pop-up stores.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales & supply performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management & Project Management, particularly in the consumer electronics sector.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
