Job Description:
Develop and Implement Sales Expansion Plans: Create and execute strategies for expanding the sales team in Tehran and other cities.
Identify Sales Dimensions, Goals, and KPIs: Define the dimensions, objectives, and key performance indicators for the sales team.
Performance Reporting and Improvement: Provide, monitor, and follow up on performance reports for the sales team and implement improvement plans as needed.
Coordinate with Parallel Teams: Manage and coordinate with parallel teams (e.g., commercial and marketing) to achieve sales objectives.
Set Targets and Deadlines: Establish weekly and monthly sales targets and deadlines in collaboration with the department manager.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze the market and competitors to identify sales development strategies.
Sales Process Documentation: Document sales processes and improve them as necessary.
Recruitment and Training: Attract, hire, and train sales team members.
Identify and Address Knowledge Needs: Determine the knowledge requirements of the team and address them.
Set and Compare Sales Targets: Establish sales targets for team members and compare their performance against these targets.
Job Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in English.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or MBA.
Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management and development.
Experience in IT and FMCG sectors is an advantage.
