Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support cases
- Preparing legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Reviewing and analyzing legal documents and contracts
- Assisting with case management and trial preparation
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal cases
- Maintaining accurate records and files related to legal cases
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements
- Providing administrative support to legal teams
- Assisting with the drafting and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Managing legal projects and initiatives.
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in law
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Advanced skills in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening)
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
