System & Methods Specialist

Job Brief

As a Systems and Methods Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that streamline our operations. Your role will involve developing and maintaining process documentation, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure that our processes are effective.

Job Responsibilities

• Help to design process maps using BPMN2 standard and process architecture logic.
• Make improvement in processes through layout design & performed 5S.
• Develop documentation for all related business events, process and procedures.
• Work-study on processes considering standard timing methods (Stopwatch & Most).
• Communicate and hold meetings to monitor and measure processes performance in different company levels to diagnose, analyze, simulate and find improvable areas in processes in line with objectives and missions.
• Project control skills : Preparing standard earned value, based reports, including schedule updates, cost performance reports and earned value curves, in requested timely manner such as weekly, monthly - Providing key dates, milestones, work breakdown structure and schedule

Job Requirements

• B.S or M.S in Industrial Engineering.
• General knowledge of work-study methods with industrial engineering standards.
• General Knowledge of system analyzing and process Documentation.
• Good understanding of BPMN2 standard based models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills.
