Job Description
1. Develop and Implement Travel Policies:
Create and enforce corporate travel policies to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices.
2. Travel Arrangements:
Book flights, hotels and other travel-related services.
Ensure all travel arrangements meet the company’s standards for safety, comfort, and cost.
3. Vendor Management:
Negotiate contracts and rates with travel service providers.
Maintain positive relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors.
4. Cost Management:
Monitor travel expenses and prepare budget reports.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce travel costs.
5. Travel Support:
Provide support to travelers, including assistance with travel-related issues, complaints, or emergencies.
Advise on travel documents, insurance, and import/export regulations.
6. Data Management:
Enter and maintain travel data in the company’s software systems.
Process travel expense reports and handle reimbursements.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and procedures.
Monitor service quality and traveler satisfaction.
8. Professional Development:
Participate in educational opportunities and professional organizations in the travel field.

1.Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
2.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3.Fluent in English.
