Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join B2B Business Line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • +5 years of  Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
