The Irancell Labs Hardware Team is looking to hire creative and talented individuals to bring their experience and help the team achieve its goals. 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• BTS Antenna assembling.
• BTS Antenna repairing.
• BTS Antenna test, repairing and troubleshooting.
• Microwave units of BTS test and troubleshooting .
• Modem test and repair and assembling.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems in the microwave frequency range.
• Develop technical specifications, design concepts, and test plans.
• Working with high frequency equipment such as network analyzer , spectrum analyzer, signal generator and etc.
• provide technical guidance to colleagues and other teams.
• Analytical mind, self-learning capability, enthusiastic, initiative and flexible; team-work spirit.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in communication or Electronics with 3-5 years experience on related sector.
Experience:

• Basic knowledge in Telecommunications and Network and antenna and microwave systems.
• Experience in millimeter-wave technology and microwave module design.
• Experience with high-frequency testing and characterization.
• Experience with microwave component and sub-system level design.
• Analytical mind, self-learning capability, enthusiastic, initiative and flexible; team-work spirit.
