Senior Product Marketing Designer

As a Senior Product Visual Designer, you'll define the visual identity of the Superapp across various ventures. You will create banner guidelines, design engaging visuals (illustrations, icons, etc.), and build landing pages. This role requires creativity, proficiency with design tools, basic knowledge of product design, and a data-driven approach.
What You’ll Do:

• Banner Design and Guidelines: Define banner design guidelines, review designs for compliance, and create high-quality banners for services and campaigns.
• Visual Design: Design landing pages using Figma and create icons for the Super app. Apply iterative design principles, rapidly sketching and refining concepts. Medium-level proficiency in Figma is required, or a willingness to quickly reach this level.
• AI Proficiency: Use AI tools to create high-quality visuals.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visuals in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and task management skills, with openness to feedback, are key.
• Data-Informed Design: Use basic data insights to inform design decisions and adopt data-oriented practices.

The Must-Haves:
Strong portfolio showing expertise in graphic design (banner design, guidelines, icons, etc.).
Proficiency in Figma for landing page, banner, and icon design.
Experience creating and implementing design guidelines.
Familiarity with AI image creation tools (e.g., Bing Image Creator, Midjourney, Leonardo AI).
Knowledge of iterative design processes.
Nice to Have:
Basic understanding of motion design (e.g., Rive, After Effects).
Basic understanding of 3D design (e.g., Spline, Blender).
