The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. This position will focus on strategic HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, recruitment strategy,… .
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
Lead the recruitment process, from initial application to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
Monitor and maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Engagement:
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role.
Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
Ability of Designing variety of Hiring Processes Functions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and managers.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage HR documentation and processes accurately.
Problem-solving abilities to address employee issues and HR challenges.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach to HR service delivery.
