About the Role:
As a Senior Market Research Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support business decision-making. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data on markets, internal sources, industries, and consumer behavior to identify trends and provide actionable insights. If you are passionate about data and enjoy turning complex information into strategic insights, this position could be a great fit for you. Responsibilities:
- Conduct both primary (mostly) and secondary research to gather data on companies, market conditions, competitors' activity, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze research findings using statistical techniques and software to identify market trends and patterns.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different teams and ventures to develop strategies based on research insights.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align research activities with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or a related field, with a proven track record of conducting and managing research projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in software such as R, Python, and Excel, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Previous experience with research methods (interviews and surveys) and platforms like Porsline.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
