Junior UX Researcher

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Connecting user insights and foresights to design and business objectives
• Identify the right problems to solve and discover what the best solution is to encourage desired user behavior
• Interpret and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover patterns, trends, and user insights, translating findings into actionable recommendations for design and development teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to integrate user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design teams to create wireframes and prototypes that reflect user feedback and usability test results, ensuring a user-centric approach to product design.
• Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, helping them understand the user perspective and guiding decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Research Tools: Proficiency in using a variety of research tools, such as usability testing platforms, survey tools, and analytics tools.
• Prototyping Tools: Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing accessibility best practices.
