Financial Management Reporting Manager

A financial Management Reporting Manager in an ecommerce company is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and analysis of the business, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and profitability.

Roles and Responsibility:

·        Ability in leading the Management Reporting team and ensure integrity within the entire FP&A organization.

·        Welcome to changing.

·        Accountable for cooperation with divisions of FP&A e.g. Budgeting and BPs.

·        Implementing and sustaining robust financial analytics and reporting delivery framework within ecommerce so that every decision maker has access to the information needed in the way they want it – dashboards, visualization tools, models.

·        Ensure compliance with Holding management and financial reporting standards.

·        Develop reporting policies and procedures.

·        Ability to work under stress and ambiguity.

·        Ensure month-end and year-end closing of management reports on a timely basis.

·        Providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and profitability.

·        Perform a high-level financial performance gap analysis versus targets.

·        Managing the transition to the target operating model.

·        Enhancing control and simplifying processes to shorten reporting timelines.

·        Ensure BOD decks are prepared on a timely manner.

·        Ensure consistent standard reporting formants are communicated and used for planning and budgeting purposes.

·        Maintain an up-to-date Business Performance data base that includes detailed current and historical P&L, Cash Flow and Statement of Financial position.

·        Prepare Weekly business review and P&L estimation.

·        Implementing rigid data governance and data quality guidelines to ensure best in class financial analytics.

·        Ensure a high level of reporting automation through Business Intelligence platforms.

·        Prepare and maintain P&L per Business Lines.

·        Ensure Integration and consolidation of new & current ventures into the reporting systems

·        Stock exchange management reporting.
