Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with business development objectives.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners (e.g., CEOs or owners of large companies), and key stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project progress and deliverables.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to meet project goals efficiently.
  •  Performance Monitoring: Track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and key success factors (KSFs), providing regular updates to management and follow-up.
  •  Data Analysis: Proficiently collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the operation's performance and projects, using insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  •  Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the operations sublayer and actively contribute to driving efficiencies.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain clear, accurate, and regular communication channels both internally and with external partners.
  • Setting meetings, following up on projects, and Preparing reports are crucial tasks for this position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, particularly in business development or operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Experience in communicating with external partners and high-level executives.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project and Trello) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs)
  • Familiarity with business development and operations strategies.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Data analysis skills using tools like Excel or data visualization software. (Knowledge of SQL is a plus.)
