Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our Ad Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and management of advertising services for our sellers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote advertising services to sellers.
  • Identify and target potential sellers for advertising opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Provide training and support to enhance the team's sales capabilities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
  • Understand seller needs and provide customized advertising solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and impactful ad content.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital advertising or e-commerce.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
