Who are we looking for: 

A b2b operational excellence specialist is the both executive and systematic position responsible for coordinating and handling the operational tasks under the direct supervision of manager. we need this key position to manage the whole role of our team to achieve the business to the main targets well. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Tracking from A-Z.
• Follow up the all steps of orders up to sells deadline.
• Reporting the team requirements and finding the best dashboards to announce the performance of operation to the whole business guide.
• Leading the development of commercial strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Make connection between sell departments, warehouse and operation service.

Requirements:

• Experienced with executive and systematic task.
• Excellent knowledge and skill of analysing and reporting presentation.
• Expert in Excel and make professional dashboards.
• Experienced with running multivariate tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in all branches of engineering.
• +1 relevant experience in supply chain, transporting, logistic, project management.
