Job Purpose:
To identify points to improve in current process and search for decreasing non values added activities
Description:
· Monitoring all Department and related Corporate KPIs to meet target
· Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
· Produce reports and statistics regularly (KPI deviations)
· To monitor current process and identify area to improve
· Identifies areas in need of method modification and staff training
· Acts as advisor to team members to meet schedules and resolve problems
· Write and revise SOP's as required
· Work to resolve and prevent repetitive returned cases.
· Analyzing permanently on Return Dashboards to find any deviation
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
At least Bachelor of industrial managing or engineering or related majors
At least 2 years experience for continuous improvement
