Business Development Specialist

 Responsibilities:

• Providing customer (seller) support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Facilitating internal communication with other departments to achieve team objectives.
• Supporting BLO projects.
• Providing training to sellers.
• Developing sales through standard team methods.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on available data.
• Offering strategies to increase the number of sellers.
• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Preparing actionable daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Reaching out to potential sellers through various channels such as email, phone, social media, or events.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of business development, marketing, and sales.
• Proficient in negotiation, customer support, and documentation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Teamwork ability.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
