To administrate assigned projects and collaborate with other project teams for marketing-related initiations.
To run campaigns and BTL activities per Companies' KPIs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To execute trade-marketing activities of the brand to achieve defined KPIs to ensure proper improvements in brand visibility in different Media.
To execute retail-specific go-to-market plans in coordination with marketing.
To conduct regular market visits in sales channels to monitor Visibility standardization, POSM, Products and services availability, prices and communication about product value, benefits, and promotions.
To identify issues in field marketing activities from the Brand perspective and report them to the line manager.
To identify trade-marketing opportunities, customer issues, competitor activities, etc., and propose solutions on them to the line manager.
To work closely with sales to ensure trade activities are aligned with sales and companies' objectives.
To execute MKTRoadshows, BTL activities and company events, and promotional activities.
To follow up and monitor assigned operational tasks related to exhibitions, events, promotions, and marketing campaigns with third parties.
To conduct soft merchandising and spread awareness in sales channels align with planned and live promotions/marketing activities.
To identify necessary Point of Sales materials and tools required, and raise to the manager to increase brand presence and customer experience.
To collect information on geographical market trends and developments, market needs, behavior, and customers patterns and provide related reports.
To maintain customer responses at an effective level through integrated segmented direct campaigns.
Education: Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Marketing/ Communication) or related
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an area of specialization; with experience in working with others
Experience working in a small to medium organization
Minimum 2 years proven Trade marketing experience
