Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision and leadership of the in-store team (promoters), including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordination with the central operations team to implement store strategies and promotions.
- Addressing vendor inquiries and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing supply chain logistics to ensure product availability.
- Analyzing sales data and providing feedback to improve store performance.
