Business Finance Specialist | Q-Commerce

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Business Finance Analyst to join our dynamic growth and strategy team. This role is pivotal in analyzing key financial , operational , marketing and business metrics, providing actionable insights, and contributing to the company's growth initiatives. As a Business Finance Specialist, you will work closely with the finance, marketing, and product teams to optimize financial strategies and ensure the company scales efficiently. You will play a key role in understanding the financial drivers behind growth and developing strategies to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:
• Analyze financial data to identify trends related to revenue, costs, and profitability that affect the company's growth.
• Track and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CAC), PC1 , PC2 and all other p&l metrics.
• Provide financial insights and create reports on business growth performance and potential areas of improvement.
• Strategic Financial Support:
• Assist the finance and growth teams in identifying and evaluating opportunities for scaling the business through product improvements, marketing strategies, or operational efficiencies.
• Provide data-driven financial insights to support growth experiments, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis to support A/B testing and other growth-related experiments.
• Performance Reporting:
• Develop financial dashboards and reports to track key business and growth metrics, ensuring all stakeholders have clear visibility into performance.
• Regularly report on financial variances from growth targets, explaining under/over-performance and recommending actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial metrics with the company's business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work with the product, marketing, and finance teams to align growth strategies with financial goals.
• Help identify new financial opportunities or markets based on customer behavior and market trends, using financial data to guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel ; experience with financial modeling and SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with key financial and growth metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, retention, and conversion rates.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial insights effectively.
• Experience with financial analysis tools or programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
