About

A significant part of Digikala's operational jobs are currently provided and filled through part-time employees. Applicants for these jobs have the possibility to choose their desired job and working time through a platform based on their living conditions and the business announcement program. This type of cooperation has emerged in recent years and the human resources team of the operations department is responsible for providing and employing staff, improving the experience and satisfaction of part-time employees, as well as managing and developing this model of cooperation based on business needs.

At this stage, considering the increase in the scale of part-time employees, it is necessary to improve the service level of responding to them, and to design or improve the relevant processes, which is the responsibility of the person who is placed in this role. This job is recommended to a person who is interested in technology and process issues in addition to HR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increasing the scale of part-time colleagues

• Follow up and respond to part-time personnel issues

• Improving the conditions of part-time personnel in line with company policies

• Creating the necessary processes

• Improving existing processes

• Improving indicators related to the satisfaction and effectiveness of part-time personnel

• Participating in identifying requirements and communicating to the product development team and following up on improvements and features of the platform
