Responsibilities:
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Generate reports on metrics and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making and process improvements
- Track, analyze and Compile regular reports of performance and results and document them
- Conduct root cause analysis for sales performance deviations from the targets
- Develop different types of dashboards for monitoring team performances
- Analyze and provide valuable insights about targeting and bonus models of sales teams
- Determine monthly sales target
- Determine monthly and seasonally bonus payments of sales agents
- Design and follow up lead collection projects
- Working closely with other related teams in order to obtain the best results
Requirements :
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel,Google Sheets and SQL
- Solid documentation and presentation skills
- Advanced English Language (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is preferred
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and understanding of the unique challenges associated with online retail supply chains
