Roles & Responsibilities
To liaise with other divisions (CR, Marketing, Legal, ITS, Finance, Procurement) to support Online Sales Channels to achieve S&D targets.
To analyze logistic performance and monitor delivery projects to find out possible potential to improve sales channel performance.
To manage stock inventory for sales and logistic in different channels and provide related analysis report to allocate stock efficiently.
To communicate and follow issues with related teams like: ITS, Network, Finance and CR teams to resolve it and make sure projects are running and stable.
To design and modify implementation of sales systems to increase customer satisfaction by simplifying sales processes and procedures.
To modify the end-to-end implementation of sales and service processes based on organizational policies and customer-centricity.
To analyze delivery project data to find out issues and improve it.
To supervise different logistic projects implementation (communicating with requester divisions such as MKT, ITS, Digital team, EB,…).
To cooperate with the departments in projects that must be integrated with logistics.
To assist product team in designing and developing new sales products and services and to be involved in test processes in order to ensure it is based on user requirements.
To support the CR team to response customer complaints and resolve sales issues.
To analyze all delivery project reports, find possible issues and resolve them.
To prepare different dashboards in order to monitor delivery process of products.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
Experience working in a medium organization
