IT Digital Platforms Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

•To provide technical product support to Marketing for all existing/new Value-Added Services in respective area of ITS Platforms.
•To draw up technical specifications and tender evaluation for network expansions or new products/services.
•To ensure that sufficient capacity is available on all assigned ITS Platforms to meet MTNIrancell’s business requirements. 
•To optimize the utilization and performance of the existing assigned ITS Platforms and provide Operational support to the related teams/vendors. 
•To implement changes brought about by the operating environment, including the analysis of system requirements, analysis of the performance before and after changes, etc.
•To act as a subject matter expert on assigned ITS Platforms by studying global trends, networking with other professionals in this field, and providing documented recommendations to various MTNIrancell divisions.
•To record and document all changes, activities, and decisions regarding the area of work, and track the update of the latest documents/info of all assigned platforms.
•To complete ATP, UAT, IAT (FAC/PAC) processes for assigned ITS Platforms projects which are going live. 
•To analyze On-demand business requirements, check the feasibility to implement possible solutions, and introduce new features and improvements on existing assigned ITS Platforms based on business requirements and trends.
•To provide technical support to the development teams in design of new ITS Platforms/products/services as required by Marketing/Business.
•To monitor the design and implementation of assigned ITS Platforms supplied by the vendors.
•To assist the management in developing methodologies, plans, and policies, and documenting them. 
•To control and support any operational projects (SWAP. Expansion, upgrade, etc.)  to ensure the accurate service delivery.
To monitor suppliers and contractors according to contractual deliverables to meet business requirements and agreed SLAs.

Job Requirements

Education
•B. Sc. in Information Technology or related,

Experience
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
•Experience working in a medium organization
