Last Mile Execution:
To ensure customer requests to be met in-time with proper quality, both in last mile execution and customer complaints.
To monitor vendors based on contract, announced QA manuals, instructions, and relative tools such as OSS, BSS, logistics and GIS and keep them up to date with proper data.
To ensure customer complaints and requests are handled in SLAs with defined qualities.
To facilitate payments to vendors to enhance their cash flow enable them for larger scales tasks and ensure that the fastest and easiest financial processes are in place
Project Management:
To oversee the planning, execution, and completion of FTTX deployment projects by defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
To communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, technical teams, and execution vendors.
To provide regular updates and reports on project status and outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
To ensure all projects meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
To evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed
Risk Management:
To identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Innovation and Improvement:
To stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the FTTX sector to implement innovative solutions and enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Reporting and Documentation:
To maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, progress, and outcomes, and prepare and present reports to senior management on key metrics and achievements.
