Job Description

To define, develop, and manage Vista Media revenue streams in collaboration with Aggregators and other key accounts
To provide and ensure the execution of a framework of cooperation with Platforms and traffic aggregators detailing tariff, and penalization policies and procedures
To provide a framework of cooperation with Vista media customers to maximize mutual benefits 
To develop action plans that allow for the achievement of Vista Media revenue stream, and gross profit increase.
Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and acting as the main point of contact between all stakeholders 
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
To evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
To conduct meetings and presentations with the related team to share ideas and findings
To Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services and meet their needs
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly revenue results and annual forecasts)
Serve as the lead point of contact for all stakeholders and Prepare reports on account status
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Monitoring the business metrics, doing root cause analysis to improve them, and making sure they will meet the SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams to take needed actions
Collaborate with the business team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Assist with challenging stakeholders/customers’ requests or issue escalations as needed
Be well-informed about markets, products, industries, and technical developments
To provide customers with KPIs and ensure that KPIs and budgets are met
To manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers, ensuring the execution of business plans
To conduct holding/participating in relative events and present Vista Media's vision and capabilities
To stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating business meetings and presentations of all types of diverse audiences.
To analyze business or market data and industry trends
To identify strategic business investment opportunities
To formulate ways for businesses to improve based on previous research
